Introduction<\/h3>

The\u00a0present\u00a0rental\u00a0conditions\u00a0refer\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Estate\u00a0called\u00a0‘Domaine\u00a0des\u00a0Fargues\u00a0‘\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0commune\u00a0of\u00a024510\u00a0Sainte\u00a0Foyde\u00a0Longas, France.
In\u00a0these\u00a0Terms and Conditions<\/strong>\u00a0of\u00a0Short-term Residential Vacation Rental Agreement,\u00a0the\u00a0terms\u00a0\u2018we<\/strong>\u2019 and \u2018Owner<\/strong>\u2019 refers to the Owner\u00a0<\/strong>of the \u2018Domaine des Fargues\u2019 and the term \u2018you<\/strong>\u2019 refer to the Guest.<\/strong><\/p>

Arrival, Departure<\/h3>

Rentals\u00a0are\u00a0usually\u00a0for\u00a0a\u00a0minimum\u00a0of\u00a0nights.<\/p>

In\u00a0July\u00a0and August,\u00a0there are only\u00a0weekly rentals possible, with both arrivals and departures on Saturday.
Unless otherwise agreed, arrivals are as of\u00a05 p.m<\/u>.\u00a0
At the end of the stay, we kindly ask to liberate the vacation rental before 10 a.m.
If\u00a0you\u00a0expect\u00a0to\u00a0arrive\u00a0after\u00a08\u00a0p.m.,\u00a0please\u00a0notify\u00a0us\u00a0by\u00a0calling\u00a0the office\u00a0+33\u00a0(0)5\u00a053\u00a0742391\u00a0or the\u00a0mobile\/cell number\u00a0+33\u00a0(0)6\u00a030\u00a0760322.\u00a0
Whenever\u00a0possible,\u00a0we\u00a0will\u00a0wait\u00a0for\u00a0you\u00a0and in any case we will find a common agreement to let you access your rental house after 10 p.m.<\/p>

Consumptions<\/h3>

All of our houses are rented on an all-inclusive price, including consumption of gas (for the barbecue), water and electricity.<\/p>

In the winter the heating costs of the houses are NOT<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0inclusive.<\/p>

Security deposit<\/h3>

Two months prior\u00a0<\/strong>to the rental period, we ask you to pay a security deposit (by check or transfer) at the same time as the outstanding balance of the rental cost. This non-interest-bearing sum cannot\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>in any case be regarded as the partial payment of the rental costs.<\/p>

The security deposit amount is equal to\u00a0 25%\u00a0<\/strong>of the total rental amount.<\/p>

The Guest sends the Owner a certified bank check, to be dated on the day of the start of the Rental Agreement.<\/p>

Instead of a certified bank check you can also transfer the security deposit into the Owners bank account, \u00a0bank details are stipulated on page 1 of this Rental Agreement.<\/p>

The security deposit refunding will be done by returning the check to you or by refunding you by bank transfer, The refund will be executed within 7 days after the ending of the Rental Agreement.<\/p>

The security deposit may be used by the Owner to reimburse any damage or to cover additional cleaning costs.<\/p>

In this regard, we ask you to leave the house at the end of your stay in the same pristine condition as you found it.<\/p>

The final cleaning is to be carried out by the Guest. If we consider that the house has not been cleaned thoroughly, we reserve the right to deduct the additional cleaning costs from your security deposit.\u00a0<\/p>

Note that it is possible to outsource the final cleaning of the house.<\/p>

For more information, inquire at the front desk or check the billed flat rate as posted for your convenience at the reception.<\/p>

Housekeeping<\/h3>

During your stay, we ask you to take full responsibility and all necessary precautions to avoid any damage or degradation of the house and the surrounding property.\u00a0You will ensure the usual maintenance of the house with due diligence. The damages and reparation costs are at the expense of the Guest and will be deducted from the security deposit.<\/p>

Any dispute or comment regarding the house and property should be reported to the Owner within the first 2 days of the start of the Rental Agreement.<\/p>

Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h3>

A rental deposit of 25% of the total Rental Amount is required upon the reservation and the balance of rental amount is due two months prior to the start of the rental period. If the Rental Agreement is finalised less than 2 months before your day of arrival, the total due rental costs are to be paid immediately.<\/p>

The Rental Agreement only \u00a0becomes valid upon completion of both of the following conditions:<\/p>
