Description
This charming three-facade house is situated at the extremity of the estate in the principal alignment.
The ground floor consists of a large living room with ochre sandstone walls, a dining room, a television area, and a well-equipped kitchen all under the original old beams.
This floor has a corridor leading to a separate toilet and two separate showers, both with a vanity sink.
Standing in the middle of the living room there is a staircase separating the living room from the dining room.
On the first floor, the landing opens to a toilet with a vanity sink and four attic bedrooms with original carpentry and wooden walls grouted in the old-fashioned way.
Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds; a third bedroom with two single beds and the fourth bedroom with three single beds.
Wooden floors can be found all over the upper floor.
The terrace and the south oriented garden overlook the valley.
The swimming pool is in front of the house (at 25m); the tennis courts are accessible from the back of the house (at 100m).
