The kitchen (36m2) is perfectly well equipped for the needs of a large group.
Two large American-style fridge/freezers, two big stoves (ten gas nozzles) and two 90 cm ovens and two dishwashers. There is a lot of counter space and cabinet space.
There is also a washing machine and a dryer at your disposal.
Oriented southwest with an extended view on the valley, the terrace is completely private from the rest of the estate. The terrace is well equipped with the necessary garden furniture and flowerpots. From the terrace a bay window opens into the kitchen. The four bedrooms can also be accessed directly from the terrace.
The heated and secure swimming pool (10m by 5m) is in front of the terrace.
The dinning room (32m2) adjoining the kitchen and sitting room (27m2) completes the whole.
