Rope Maker

Renovated in 2014 in a former tobacco curing barn.
The Rope-maker House has benefited from the experience of 15 years worth of renovations and transformations.
The finishes and choices of materials were particularly well chosen.

This house can comfortable accommodate ten people in four bedrooms.
There are two double rooms and two rooms with three single beds.

The ground floor has a living area of 70m2, that joins together a sitting area with comfortable couches installed in front of a chimney built with local stones, a dinning area for twelve people and a kitchen area with a dishwasher, microwave oven, oven and fridge/freezer.

A slatted staircase brings you to the landing, leading to four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bath).
There are two separate toilets, one upstairs and the other on the ground floor.

The walls of the ground floor are in exposed ochre coloured sandstone, grouted in the old-fashion way and the numerous beams confirm the authenticity.

A laundry room with a washing machine and drier as well as a storeroom with a second fridge are at your disposal on the ground floor.

In the sitting room, there is a pull out sofa bed that can accommodate two extra people, bringing the capacity of the house up to twelve people.

A double door gives access to the southwest terrace. On the terrace there is teak garden furniture and a stainless steel barbecue.

The heated, private, secured swimming pool is accessible from the terrace. A lit private parking can hold up to three cars.
