Description

This house is situated in the central alignment.
You enter by a double glass door into a room with high ceilings.
Here you will find the well-equipped kitchen, the dining room and a big sitting room.

Also on the ground floor you will find a double bedroom and a vanity sink.

A central staircase will bring you to the first floor with two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds. Also a bathroom with a bath, a vanity sink and a toilet.

In all the rooms on the first floor you can see the old beams and the old woodwork, as well as wooden floors, which gives a certain charm to the house.

The private terrace is decorated with flowering plants and the garden’s sitting area overlooks the valley.
The swimming pool, the tennis court and the playground is easily accessable from the terrace.

  • The rental price includes...
    • Access to all the activities offered on the Domaine de Fargues in particular tennis court (lighted till midnight), 6 swimming pools, beach-volley court, pétanque, sand box, play ground, Ping-Pong tables, trampoline with safety net.
    • The supply of bedding (duvets, covers, sheets, pillows, pillow cases).
    • Bath towels and bathroom rugs.
    • Kitchen linen: dishcloths, tea towels, hand towels.
    • A starter pack for the first days including dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products for the entire duration of your stay.
    • All water and electricity consumption. In the winter, heating is not included.
    • Daily maintenance of the swimming pools and the surroundings.
    • Loan of board games, DVD’s, beach volleyball, tennis rackets and balls, pétanque boules, Ping-Pong rackets, tour guides, suggestion for outings and visits.
    • 15 mountain bikes of different sizes (adult and teenagers).
    • Access to the sauna (with low fee).
    • Equipment for young children; folding bed, high chair, baby bath, changing table, baby phone
    • Wi-Fi in each house.
    • A culinary surprise when arriving in your house.

    In July and August, every morning a free delivery service of breads and pastries (payment of your orders at the end of your stay).
