Description
This house of about 65m2 is situated at the entrance of the estate.
You enter the house by a wide staircase of seven steps.
The ground floor is composed of a big living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a sitting room and a dining area as well as a bathroom with a shower and a sink. On the right of the stairs, there is a separate toilet.
The first floor is composed of two attic rooms with old beams.
One room has a big double bed of 180cm and the other room is equipped with a bunk bed.
This house is well exposed and has a lot of light on the ground floor as well as in the bedrooms.
The garden and terrace leads to an inner courtyard situated beside the wells of the estate and in the shade of an old linden tree.
A second terrace has a view of the aromatic gardens.
